Turoe Stone's Ominous Obsequies
The illustrious Turoe Stone silenced, entombed (in the tiny hut at left) and hidden from the eyes of busloads of tourists who come from afar to see this wonder of the ages, as the powers-that-be plan to rob Turoe of its touchstone of truth and deprive it for evermore of this key to its ancient heritage, hammering home the final nail into the coffin of Ireland's Iron Age history.
