Demise of Unique Iron Age Sli Mor Highway

Intact 28ft wide segment of Iron Age Sli Mor highway across Ireland approaching Athenry being trampled out of existance by the hooves of horses and cattle regularly criss-crossing it (see right half of photo), a poignant symbol of the deplorable destruction of archaic archaeological monuments taking place in the Ireland of today which no other nation on earth would tolerate.
